Kyrgyzstan tour 3

During this tour you will see our celestial mountains and two the most famous lake in Kyrgyzstan. You will sleeps in yurts as nomads do for many centuries. It is a great possibility to familiarize with the Kyrgyz nomadic way of lifestyle. During this excellent trip you will see the 2nd biggest mountain lake in the world -  Issyk Kul that is surrounded by mountains. After that you will visit well-known Son Kul Lake that is situated on the altitude of 3016 meters above sea level. 

At 8 o'clock the day starts with a breakfast. Just after breakfast we start our trip by car to Arslan Bob walnut and fruit forests. Arslan Bob itself lies at the altitude of 1700 m. a. s. l. Here are the trees with two meter thick trunks and dome shaped crowns, some of them reach 30 meters in a height. They grow at an altitude of between 1000 and1800 meters above Sea Level on the mountain slopes and along river banks. Arslan Bob is one of the most famous places in Kyrgyzstan. All way long to the forest you will see abundance of picturesque places that will astonish you with their beauty. You will spend this night in the home stay of the local family. 

 

Breakfast. Transfer back to Uzgen town in order to cross the Mountains of Pamir -  Alai and to drive in the Tien Shan Mountain system heart. On our way we will see stunning mountains and you will have a great chance to take pleasure in its sceneries. In Kazarman you will have a dinner just after your arrival. You will spend a night in the home stay. 

 

You will be served breakfast at 8 o'clock after packing your luggage. Transfer from Kazarman Village to Tash Rabat (Stone Castle from the 14th century) that is Caravanserai on the Great Silk Road. Tash Rabat is located at the very heart of Tian - Shan Mountains. The building is a unique one.  And it has no analogue in the whole world, because it was made of stones and furthermore it was built inside a mountain at a height 3200 m. above sea level. There are 31 rooms, which are joined with mazes. The thickness of walls is 1 m. You could see there underground prisons for ancient thieves.  This night you will spend near by the Tash Rabat caravanserai in yurts. At 7 p.m. traditional dinner will be served. 

 

Breakfast. Transfer from Tash - rabat Caravanserai to the 2nd largest  and the highest alpine lake in Kyrgyzstan Son Kul. On the way lunch will be taken. Son Kul Lake is surrounded by mountains and it is situated at the altitude of 3013 meters a. s. l.  The Kyrgyz nomads started to come to this wonderful area and to use it as a pastureland. You will be free to walk around and enjoy the virgin nature of the lake and its surroundings after our arrival. Dinner. Overnight stay is in nomadic collapsible habitations - yurts. Yurts are manufactured without a single nail, and are made of a wooden skeleton, covered with thin felt mats. 

You will be transferred (185 km) to Kochkor Village after a strengthening breakfast. In Kochkor village, a family will demonstrate you the way of national felt carpets - ala kiyiz production. You will have a chance to create your own felt carpet. Overnight is in a home stay. With a local family you will have a traditional dinner.

 

Breakfast is at 8 o'clock in the morning. Transfer from the Village of Kochkor to Bishkek city. We will stop on the way to visit Burana Tower - minaret of 11 century and the cemetery of Balbans (stone warriors). When you will come in Bishkek you will have a city tour. Overnight is in the hotel***. A farewell dinner is served in the restaurant at 7 p.m. 

 

Transfer from the hotel to the International Airport of Manas.
