Dungan mosque

One of destinations of a tour in Kyrgyzstan can be Dungan mosque. The mosque is located in the town Karakol and was an idea of the people in flight making their way from China. When they arrived at this territory in 1877, in 1907 they invited the Chinese architect as wanted to have a place to feel home there. With the help of 20 local people they built an amazing mosque with no access for women. It is in the Chinese style and when guests travel here they can notice the secret meaning of the colors.
