Day 1: Almaty
The guide will meet you at the airport and transfer to hotel. Welcome to see you on Unknown Kazakhstan Tour 1. Today you will have the city tour and explore the city of apples - Almaty. Start from the Almaty Museum where you can find the ancient exhibits of the Great Silk Road. We will continue our tour to the Abai Opera and Ballet Theatre. For sure you will like it on tours. In the afternoon, we will visit Almaty parks as Park of 28 Panfilov Guardsmen and see the famous wooden Zenkov Cathedral. Then you will walk to see the Memorial of Glory and Eternal Flame and like the loveliness of the Museum of Musical Instruments. Don't miss to visit the Green Bazaar and bargain over there with only cash as tenge (local currency). Transfer to hotel for rest.

Day 2: Almaty surroundings
In the morning, you will travel to Medeo Gorge which is 1690 meters above sea level. On arrival, you will see the highest mountain skating rink in the world and try your skills over there. Travelers will see the beautiful panorama views and take photos on tours. Afterwards you will try cable car to Shymbulak ski resort area of about 20-25 minutes above perfect fur-trees up to the altitude of 2260 meters above sea level. You will find restaurants, ski, snowboarding school and mountain hotel. You can finish cable and drive back to the city. In the second part of day, we will travel to Kok-Tobe hill, where the tallest TV tower in the world is located. Don't miss to capture these moments on tours. The famous Almaty cableway* will motivate you by attractiveness from the top. Transfer to hotel for sleep.
* Note: On Tuesday's tours, at 10:00, cableway does not work, only park eco-cars are open.

Day 3: Almaty - Charyn - Almaty
The tour will start by travelling to Charyn Canyon. You will have a comfortable car or minivan with 1,5L of bottled water from our company. It is allowable to take some snacks, tea, and coffee in a container with a lid on it. The road will take for about 4 hours for you to reach the canyon. On the route, the guide will tell you more about its history and development. When you arrive there you will have an opportunity to visit the local museum of old-style enhancing and useful arts and crafts. In the afternoon you will arrive to Charyn Canyon and see the beautiful panoramic views where you can take outstanding photos. If you spend time for about 2 km via the maze of the Castles Valley you will notice various shapes. The bottom of the Canyon has small slope to the end of the walk, seeing the fresh oasis on the bank of icy cold Charyn river. In addition, you will have an opportunity to see natural park with yurts - dwellings and small open air café which works only in summer time. Night is in a hotel.

Day 4: Almaty - Issyk - Almaty
We are glad to impress you by the next day where you can visit gorges of Trans-Ili Alatau - Issyk Gorge. It is located at the Kuldja tract. Here you will have a chance to see the burial mounds of Saka period and the sacred "Golden Man" which is nowadays became the state symbol of Kazakhstan. In the afternoon, our group will visit the State Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve "ISSYK" and learn more about the Saka period and find a copy of Golden Man and golden items, ancient ceramics, weapon, elements of horse equipment and the model of Saka burial mound. Driving to an altitude of 1756 meters above sea level, you will be impressed by the beautiful mountain lake Issyk. It was found 10,000 years ago due to colossal landslide, in the end of day you will be transferred to a hotel for rest.

Day 5: Flight
