Day 1: Ashgabat
Guide will meet and accompany you to the capital of Turkmenistan for the sightseeing tour in course of the Unknown Turkmenistan Tour 5. Today your destination of the travel is the Horse-farm. Here you will witness the famous breed of the horse that is known as the Akhal-Teke horses. You will have traditional tea break, short Akhal-Teke horse show program and can see the racks of horses. Later on you will drive back to Ashgabat for evening city tour. Night is in the hotel

Day 2: Ashgabat
In the morning you will continue your Unknown Turkmenistan Tour 5 by travelling to the ancient site the name of which is "Old Nisa" or the Sanctuary of Parhian Kings. This prominent ancient city was listed to the UNESCO World Heritage Site. Then you will head on to "Gypjak" Mosque and Mausoleum of the late President of Turkmenistan and the State Museum of History. While having excursion in the museum you will be able to see the ancient items of the settlements Nisa, Merv and Gonurdepe, collection of vintage Turkmen carpets, rare examples of national clothing, jewelries, and antique weapons. You will be impressed to notice that each of 9 halls depicts the figurines of Athens, Eros, silver gilded griffin, horn-shaped ivory vessels-rhytons of the Parthian era, gold jewelries, medallions-stamps from Margiana and Buddhist artifacts. Moreover there you will be able to witness the fossilized piece of wood of the Paleozoic period, aged 270,000,000, dinosaurs' footprints, an 820-kg meteorite fallen in Kunya-Urgench in 1998 and a lot more. Day 3: Ashgabat - Merv - Mary
You will have a morning drive to the East of Turkmenistan where the Mary region is located. In course of the tour you will have an excursion in the famous Old Merv. Tours to this site show the magnificent sights of Historical Park that was listed as the UNESCO World Heritage Site. It will be interesting to know that this city used to be one of the branches of the Great Silk Road due to which quickly became one of the largest and prosperous cities of the ancient world. You will visit the Gyz Gala, Erk Gala, Soltan Gala, SoltanSanjar Mausoleum, IbnZeid Mausoleum. After it you will head on to Mary city for overnight in the hotel.

Day 4: Mary - Talkhatan Baba - Yekedeshik Caves - Mary
Today you will travel to Talkahatan Baba Mosque that was erected in 1095. The design of the mosque resemble the Seljuk decorated brickwork. Then you will head on to Yekedeshik Caves. Tours to this site are prominent due to visiting Tagtabazar is the Ekedeshik cave settlement in the sandstone hills north of the town. The translation of the word 'Ekedeshik' is 'single entrance'. Upon arrival you will be impressed by more than 40 rooms that are divided on two levels. During the tour you will know that there are also several smaller cave complexes. One of such complexes is Bashdeshik ('Five Entrances'). It is important to note that these places are not systematically explored, are of more specialist interest. Then you will return to Mary city. Night is in the hotel.

Day 5: Mary - Margiana (Margush) - Mary
Morning transfer to Margush. In course of the tour you will explore the city of the 5th center of civilization that used to be an important center for human settlement long before Achaemenian times. During the exploration you will learn that here used to be the Bronze Age civilization that is known as the Margush with the meaning of 'lowland'. Moreover you can know this place for its Greek name of Margiana. This place was found due to the Professor Viktor Sarianidi in 1970. This place is situated at the preset day oasis, in land, which is now, desert. Due to the climatic changes this place became abandoned and in result this prominent settlement was well preserved under the desert soils. The Margiana sites seem to have had close ties with those at Bactria, in present-day northern Afghanistan. Sarianidi states that the Bactria- Margiana complex was a major center of ancient civilization and more to it Margianna can be a birthplace of Zoroastrianism. Night is in the hotel.

Day 6: Mary - Ashgabat
In course of the tour you will drive back to Ashgabat. On the way to it you will have an excursion at Annau. It is known as the ruins of the 15th century, Seyit Jamal-ad-Din Mosque. Here you will know that Abiward or Abi-ward, was an ancient Sassanid city in Turkmenistan. His incredible site was found in last century about 8 km west of the Kahka station in an area of 12,000 m2. The central tell is 60 feet high and 700 feet round. Later on you will have an opportunity to visit Russian Bazaar. Then you will continue your city tour. Overnight at the hotel

Day 7: Flight
Night transfer to the Ashgabat International Airport to board a flight to next destination.
